Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's O'Neill School seeks a career services professional to coach undergraduates and graduates on career planning, job searches, and professional development. You will design programs, coordinate internships, and foster employer partnerships to enhance student outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering career workshops, advising on resumes, interviewing, and networking strategies, and collaborating with Career Hub to address workforce trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in career consulting or related field is required.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group career coaching to undergraduate students on exploration, decision-making, job/internship searches, networking, interviewing, resume, LinkedIn, and Grad School prep.
• Design and deliver career education programs for graduate students, including workshops, panels, and events; curate industry resources.
• Administer internship courses, monitor progress, and coordinate with supervisors and students.
• Develop partnerships with employers, alumni, faculty, and student organizations to expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with Career Hub to implement career initiatives aligned with trends and workforce needs.
• Collect and track data to inform office objectives and improve career services outcomes.
