Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. This role operates within a tiered support model (Tier 2 Specialized) and covers cross-functional tasks such as QA, bug triage, and evolving support work streams from Maven's care operations.

Our Care Support team serves Maven members 7 days a week with shifts listed in ET. This full-time position offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package, with a flexible, remote-friendly, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume customer service settings.
• Experience providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack and Google Workspace preferred.
• Experience with QA processes or reviewing support interactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers through multiple channels.
• Support enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and scheduling with providers.
• Apply deep product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to navigate nuanced care needs and resolve member escalations.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and clinic support questions.
• Support quality assurance processes across Maven products, identifying improvement opportunities and surfacing trends to managers and team leads.
• Mentor and support junior associates through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
