Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. This role handles nuanced member inquiries across channels, supports enrollment and care coordination, and engages in cross-functional workstreams to improve support quality.

The position sits in a tiered support model (Tier 2+) with opportunities to influence product and operations while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to members and providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Experience providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high empathy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers through multiple channels (phone, messaging, live chat).
• Support enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings with providers.
• Apply product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to resolve nuanced care needs.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and QA processes.
• Participate in QA and bug triage with operations and product teams; document issues clearly.
• Mentor junior associates and share knowledge to improve team performance.
