Victorian Senior Care seeks an experienced supervisor to support ED/Administrator in managing daily operations of the home. You will supervise staff, ensure medication administration complies with policies, and participate in QA and regulatory activities to safeguard resident well‑being.

You will maintain Care Plans, assist with daily living activities, and uphold resident rights while coordinating with the care team and administrators.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six months of supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and follow directions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds as needed.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must obtain CNA/Personal Care Aide and Medication Aide certifications within specified timelines.
• No substantiated findings on NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program; clean SBI record.
• Must pass two-step TB test and maintain health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Follow facility policies governing medication administration to residents.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Develop and implement procedures to reduce medication errors and improve safety.
• Complete forms, charts, reports, and submit as required.
• Participate in surveys/inspections by government agencies.
• Participate in QA Programs and relevant committees impacting medication processes.
• Attend Care Plan meetings and maintain staff training records.
• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living per Care Plan.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and rights at all times.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve residents’ needs and ensure safety.
