Victorian Senior Care is seeking a Nursing Home Supervisor to assist the ED/Administrator in management duties and to assume full management in the absence of the ED/Administrator. The role emphasizes medication administration oversight and resident care alongside a collaborative care team.

The position requires supervisory experience, relevant care certifications, and strong communication skills to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reading, writing, and following directions required.
• Must lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• C.N.A. or Personal Care Aide certificate within 6 months.
• 15-hour Medication Aide certificate within 30 days.
• Medication Aide check-off within 30 days.
• Medication Aide certification within 60 days.
• No substantiated findings on NC Personnel Registry or SBI clear.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies governing medication administration.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Assist in developing procedures to prevent medication errors.
• Perform administrative forms, charts, reports as required.
• Participate in facility surveys/inspections as requested by Administrator.
• Attend and participate in Care Plan meetings.
• Maintain safety procedures and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living as per Care Plan.
• Assist evacuation during emergencies.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and well-being.
