Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide personalized speech therapy for adults/geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
