Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote residents' health and wellbeing through collaboration with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

The RN will deliver physical and psych-social support, develop care plans with residents and families, and ensure documentation is current and timely. State licensure, CPR, and senior-care experience are preferred. This full-time on-site role offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or residents with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (Massachusetts).
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and nursing standards of practice.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the Interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in the resident's electronic medical record.
