Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed per state requirement in good standing.
• Degree in nutrition/dietetics with ADA registration or registry-eligible.
• Continuing education credits as mandated by the CDR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the nutrition needs of residents.
• Initiate interventions to maintain residents’ nutritional status.
• Participate in menu planning and use of menu management software.
• Provide education to patients, residents, staff and the public; act as a resource.
