Zusammenfassung

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Texas is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will support residents by improving mobility, strength, and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

This full-time role welcomes new graduates and experienced PTAs who possess a valid Texas PTA license, good standing with regulatory boards, and a patient-centered approach. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health electronic documentation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relay information and referrals to the PT as needed.
• Implement and modify care plans under PT supervision.
• Measure motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust approaches with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Attend required rehab meetings.
