Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed treatments, assist licensed PTs, monitor progress, and support residents' mobility and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing with licensing boards.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PT services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relay service requests and referrals to the Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify plans of care under PT supervision.
• Measure and record motor function, strength, and performance.
• Monitor patient response and adjust approaches with the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans.
• Ensure timely, compliant documentation per policies and regulations.
• Attend required Rehab Director meetings.
