Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a Personal Care Partner II for overnight shifts in a full-time capacity in the Denver area. The role supports residents with daily personal care and medication assistance, under licensed nurse supervision, with a strong emphasis on safety and compassionate care.

You must hold QMAP licensure and related certifications, with at least basic elder care experience and reliable English communication.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management and organization.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry.
• Identify and report resident care needs and changes to supervisors.
• Monitor and document residents' condition and medications as directed.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team appropriately.
• Restock medications and supplies and assist with medication administration per protocol.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute to care planning.
