Qualifications

• Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation) required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• One year elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision and document accordingly.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and peers.
