Job summary

A community-focused elder care organization in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) to assist residents with daily personal care and medication management. The ideal candidate will have basic medication certification and at least one year of elder care experience. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, monitoring health, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet the daily personal care needs of residents.
• Supervise medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions as needed.

Skills

Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation)

Proficient computer skills

Education
