Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking an Outreach Specialist in California to connect vulnerable seniors with WelbeHealth’s PACE services.

You will engage communities, develop partnerships with senior centers, and support enrollment through relationship-building rather than pushy sales. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, educating referral sources, and implementing monthly plans to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in sales/marketing; healthcare/senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and enrollments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers and local organizations.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals with MOE Director.
• Provide education regarding WelbeHealth’s services to community referral sources.
