WelbeHealth is seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive enrollment and engage communities under the MOE team. You will build relationships with seniors, caregivers and community partners, generating qualified leads and guiding potential participants into our PACE program.

Role emphasizes education of referral sources, collaboration with organizations, and monthly marketing plan development to hit enrollment targets. Competitive compensation with base pay and bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or health care administration.
• Experience in sales and marketing, within healthcare or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of community outreach and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Develop monthly marketing plans to meet enrollment metrics.
• Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth services.
• Build relationships with senior centers, facilities and community partners.
