Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Miami, FL seeks an Assistant Operating Director to lead in-office staff and oversee scheduling, administrative and operational functions.

Reporting to the Operating Director, you will share on-call duties, manage client relations, ensure state compliance, and support growth through a hands-on leadership approach.

The role requires a strong communicator, experience in office management, and a willingness to travel limitedly as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree; may substitute with education/experience; 2 years admin/management experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Valid state proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to meet company standards.
• Coordinate between office and Home Base, including payroll notes and updates.
• Handle client escalations, perform check-up calls and quality visits.
• Ensure compliance with state supervisory visit requirements.
• Share on-call rotation and respond after hours as needed.
• Provide backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
