Good Samaritan Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Nutrition and Food Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the department within a trusted nonprofit senior care facility.

You will oversee diet and menu planning, monitor dispensing and distribution of foods, manage staffing and budget needs, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and clinical knowledge are essential for delivering high-quality resident dining in a Christian community.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or RD preferred; Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.
• Advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Nutrition and Food Services.
• Oversee diet and menu planning and related food services.
• Monitor dispensing and distribution of food and supplies.
• Assist with department budgeting and staffing.
• Lead and train staff; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
