Qualifications

• CDM certification or a registered dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department, contributing to the strategic planning process.
• Oversees all dietary and related food services functions.
• Oversees diet and menu planning. Monitors dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Maintains knowledge of quality management methods and tools; supports continuous improvement.
