Job summary

Good Samaritan in Inver Grove Heights, MN seeks a Nutrition and Food Services Manager to oversee daily operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department. You will supervise menu planning, dispensing and related supplies, and drive quality improvements in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, advanced education preferred, and CDM certification (RD preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in the area of hire.
• Active CDM certification required at time of hire.
• CDM certification or RD preferred; Serv Safe certification within a year.
• Advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dietary and related food services functions.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Nutrition and Food Services.
• Monitor menu planning, dispensing of food, and related supplies.
• Drive quality improvement and budget coordination within the department.
• Collaborate with staff training and cross-functional teams.
