This role requires CDM certification or RD status (Serv Safe within a year), strong budgeting, and cross-functional leadership. The facility emphasizes quality care and education for staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or a registered dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department, contributing to the strategic planning process.
• Oversees all dietary and related food services functions.
• Monitors the dispensing and distribution of food and other related supplies.
• Collaborates to set realistic timeframes and budgets.
