Good Samaritan Inver Grove Heights is seeking a Nutrition Services leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department. You will oversee diet planning, menu development, and the distribution of food and related supplies in a long-term care setting.

Strong candidates have CDM or RD credentials, 3+ years in nutrition management, and proven leadership. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a day shift in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred (degree in dietetics or related field).
• Minimum three years’ experience in nutrition/food services management.
• CDM certification or RD preferred; Serv Safe certification within 1 year if not held.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversee dietary and related food services functions and meal planning.
• Monitor dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Lead budgeting efforts and coordinate department budgets and staffing.
• Support staff development, training, and compliance with health regulations.
