Job summary

Good Samaritan Inver Grove Heights is seeking a Nutrition Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department. This role oversees dietary and food service functions, diet and menu planning, and the distribution of food and related supplies.

The position requires advanced education preference and at least three years’ experience in the field. CDM certification or RD status is preferred, with Serv Safe certification obtainable within a year of hire.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience required in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or registered dietitian preferred.
• If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of Nutrition and Food Services.
