Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant (MGC), an outside healthcare sales role focused on seniors. You will nurture direct-to-seniors and partners, design and run local events, and drive enrollment through effective community engagement to fuel membership growth.

You will build relationships with brokers, agents and senior services, manage leads in CRM, and communicate ChenMed’s value proposition at community events. Travel locally to engage with communities is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, especially with seniors or community outreach.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
• Strong negotiation, probing, closing skills and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Nurture direct-to-seniors and business partners to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events and information sessions to reach target patients.
• Build relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers and senior housing managers.
• Meet with seniors in homes, centers and churches to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in CRM and document interactions.
