Qualifications

• Basic medical terminology.
• Understanding of Medicare Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to members and insurance partners by phone to verify assignment to ArchWell Health and schedule appointments.
• Document all member and payor outreach actions.
• Assist members in solving issues related to the healthcare system.
• Validate provider data on file with insurance partners.
• Utilize and manage Excel spreadsheets to track membership and interactions.
