Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in healthcare, preferably related to benefits and insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to members and insurance partners to verify ArchWell Health enrollment and schedule appointments.
• Document all member and payor outreach accurately.
• Assist members in navigating the health care system and resolving issues.
