• Assists residents with medications according to MOR.
• Documents MOR entries clearly after medication events.
• Maintains organized med cart and restocks as needed.
• Provides treatments as per individual service plans.
• Responds to resident calls promptly and respects rights.
• Observes for adverse reactions and reports promptly.
