Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards.
• Check the six rights of medication administration at three points during handling.
• Document MOR actions clearly and accurately after medication events.
• Maintain neat, organized med cart and restock as needed.
• Provide treatments per individual service plans and respond to resident calls promptly.
• Explain medications to residents and monitor for adverse reactions; report issues immediately.
