Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Medication Assistant in Florida to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate resident care. You will manage medication reminders, assist with administration per state guidelines, and maintain accurate digital records daily in a caring, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, medication certification per state guidelines, ESL competency upon hire, and First Aid/CPR where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must complete ESL medication competency upon hire as required by state regulation.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and administer meds per state guidelines.
• Maintain residents' records daily in the digital platform (medication, incidents, observations).
• Order and receive medication; communicate with pharmacy when stock is low.
• Assist with resident care and respond to requests from residents and families.
