Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is recruiting Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health care for seniors. This on-site role offers autonomy similar to private practice, with support from MPAC and an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ emotional and psychological needs.

You would manage your caseload, schedule, and salary while delivering assessments and psychotherapy, with documentation and Medicare/insurance coordination as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state you are applying.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a team with a great attitude.
• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including other MPAC providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and facility staff.
• High level of organization for documentation and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and their families.
• Lead as a member of an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary expectations.
• Ensure documentation requirements are met and stay current on Medicare/insurance plans.
