MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health care to residents in a private-practice-like setting within skilled nursing facilities. Qualifications

• Master’s degree and valid LCSW/LMFT/LCPC license in the applying state.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Experience with CMS/Medicare/Medicaid documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Lead on an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ needs.
• Manage caseload and schedule; maintain patient documentation.
• Ensure Medicare and insurance documentation is up-to-date.
