Job summary

MPAC Healthcare seeks Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to serve as on-site clinical providers focused on senior care. Enjoy autonomy similar to private practice, with support from MPAC to balance workload, education, and professional growth.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, handle your caseload, and address residents’ emotional and psychological needs while navigating CMS and Medicare/Medicaid documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and state license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) to practice.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical services to residents and families.
• Lead as a core member of an interdisciplinary team with physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and compensation autonomously.
• Provide initial assessments and psychotherapy for mental health issues; offer ongoing support.
• Complete documentation and stay current with Medicare/Medicaid documentation and plans.
