Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is hiring Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide on-site mental health care for seniors. You will operate with private-practice autonomy, manage your caseload, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ emotional and psychological needs.

The role involves initial assessments, ongoing psychotherapy, and staying up-to-date with Medicare/insurance documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state of application.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong medical knowledge and documentation understanding.
• Experience in nursing home/hospital facilities and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Be in charge of your caseload, schedule, and salary trajectory.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Maintain documentation requirements and stay current on Medicare/insurance plans.
