Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state you are applying.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, CMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional and psychological needs.
• Manage your own caseload, schedule, and salary.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy.
