Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) to deliver high-quality care to seniors in an on-site setting. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, managing your own caseload with autonomy over scheduling and compensation.

The role emphasizes private-practice-style independence without back-office burden, with focus on assessments, psychotherapy, and coordination with facility staff. A Masters and state license are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Understanding CMS/Medicare/Medicaid documentation.
• Experience in nursing home or hospital facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Function as lead member of interdisciplinary team of physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary potential.
• On-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Ensure documentation and insurance plan compliance.
