MPAC Healthcare in Richmond, VA is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our patient-centered team dedicated to seniors. This role offers a private-practice feel without the back-office hassles and a standard 40-hour work week focused on clinical care.

You will be an on-site provider working with residents and their families, addressing emotional and psychological needs with an active, lead role on an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state of application.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a member of a team with a great attitude.
• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide best care.
• Strong communication with facility teams and Regional Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and psychotherapy to address residents' mental health needs.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for Medicare and commercial plans.
• Be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead as a member of an interdisciplinary team addressing residents' emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary considerations.
