Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team of patient-centered care providers for seniors. You will work on-site with residents and their families, determining caseloads, conducting initial assessments, and providing psychotherapy while documenting in CMS and insurance records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the applying state.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a member of a team with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Strong communication with facility team and Regional Clinical Manager.
• Ability to manage caseload, schedule, and salary effectively.
• Familiarity with Medicare Benefit and commercial insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Function like a private practice without the hassle of back-office management.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week focused primarily on clinical duties.
• Be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead as a member of an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional and psychological needs.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary with autonomy.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Handle documentation and stay up-to-date on Medicare and insurance plans.
