Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Virginia is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to deliver patient-centered mental health care to seniors in a team-oriented setting. The role offers autonomy typical of a private practice, supported by MPAC's resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed in state (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) and CMS/Medicare documentation experience preferred.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for residents.
• Work as on-site clinical provider with residents and families.
• Lead interdisciplinary team discussions and coordinate care.
