Qualifications

• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Experience with CMS, Medicare and Medicaid documentation.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and psychotherapy for residents.
• Operate as on-site clinical provider with residents and families.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary expectations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and stay updated on insurance plans.
• Collaborate with MPAC providers to deliver best care.
