MPAC Healthcare in Virginia is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our on-site team serving older adults. You’ll provide initial assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing support within an interdisciplinary group, while enjoying the independence of a private practice without back-office hassles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and state licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) required.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• On-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary discussions.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Ensure documentation and Medicare/insurance plan compliance.
