Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Warrenton, VA is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join a values-driven team delivering high-quality care to older adults in a post-acute setting.

You’ll work on-site with residents, manage own caseload, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and enjoy the autonomy of a private practice style while receiving support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state.
• Ability to work as a team member with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead on an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary expectations with autonomy.
• Complete documentation and stay current on Medicare and commercial plans.
