Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Virginia Bealeton is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide autonomous, patient-centered care on-site in nursing facilities. You will work as a lead member of an interdisciplinary team, handling residents’ emotional and psychological needs while managing your caseload and schedule.

You will perform initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy, with a focus on documentation and meeting Medicare and commercial insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state of application.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and families.
• Lead member on an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary autonomously.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Handle documentation and Medicare/insurance requirements.
