Qualifications

• Healthcare background required with CMA or higher certification.
• Experience with senior populations, assisted living, or primary care is valued.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for senior care patients and families.
• Schedule new patient appointments via phone and digital channels.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient costs clearly.
• Document patient information in the EHR and Salesforce.
• Communicate with clinical teams about patient needs.
• Educate patients on Ascend services and access to care.
• Provide high-touch, compassionate service tailored to seniors.
• Support ALF scheduling and later-hour coverage when needed.
