You will build relationships with referral sources and community partners, and lead outreach efforts to expand our senior care services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Develop and manage new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking
• Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
