Job summary

Senior Helpers of West Kentucky is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager in Paducah, KY to drive growth through targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives that raise awareness of our in-home senior care services.

You will build and nurture referral networks with healthcare providers and community partners, manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and report on sales performance to support a compassionate, client-focused growth plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking
• Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organziations
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
