Job summary

Senior Helpers of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN, seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that promote our in-home care services within the community. You will lead campaigns across digital and offline channels and represent the brand in local events.

You will develop strong referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations, track performance and ROI, and guide a small team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Develop and manage new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking.
• Contact and engage 8 to 10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
