Senior Helpers of West Kentucky is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager in Paducah, KY. You will drive growth by crafting sales strategies and marketing initiatives to promote our in-home care services within the community.

Responsibilities include building referral networks, presenting at healthcare meetings, attending events, and analyzing market trends while reporting ROI. This role demands independence, teamwork, and strong communication skills to excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking.
• Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
