Senior Helpers – Green Valley is seeking a dynamic Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager to drive strategy, growth, and partnerships for our Prescott location. The role demands hands-on marketing and health-care sales leadership with an entrepreneurial spirit to scale operations and improve client care.

You will oversee budgeting, develop market strategies, build referral networks, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality care while expanding revenue and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with aging population needs is preferred.
• Senior home care experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven sales, sales development and sales management experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy for the newest location.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure strategic deployment.
• Develop strategies for partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.
• Negotiate to drive revenue growth and resource utilization.
• Support client care strategies and growth initiatives for financial viability.
• Engage with community organizations to promote services.
• Build relationships with referral sources to drive growth.
• Educate the community on services provided.
• Follow up on referrals and leads to optimize client experience.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
