Job summary

Klipsch Senior Care, LLC d/b/a Home Instead in Evansville, IN is seeking a Business Development Manager to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health, and senior communities across Evansville and surrounding counties.

You will grow our Referral Provider Network, meet weekly inquiry and referral goals, represent the Home Instead brand in the community, and report results to the General Manager, developing sales and marketing plans and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Related business or sales experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow Referral Provider Network across hospitals, physicians, home health, and senior services.
• Meet weekly inquiry and referral goals for the Evansville territory.
• Represent the Home Instead brand in the community in 1:1 meetings and group presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and referrals to maximize territory potential.
