Responsibilities

• Signing seniors up for appointments or capturing information from visitors at events.
• Following up with leads to cultivate and close them.
• Building lasting relationships with community partners and senior services.
• Hosting health and well-being events at primary care centers, often with a care team.
• Leading tours of primary care centers for prospective patients.
• Documenting all interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborating with marketing to promote events across media.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
