CenterWell Senior Primary Care in West Ashley, SC is seeking a Field Sales Professional to join our growth team. You will engage community partners and seniors, host events, and generate new patient enrollments while leveraging relationships with partners and health plan brokers.

You will manage leads in Salesforce, perform center tours, and collaborate with marketing. Some evenings/weekends may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record.
• CRM usage to track leads and outcomes (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance (min $100k/$300k/$100k).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Healthcare/Medicare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage community events daily to introduce our brand.
• Sign seniors up for appointments and follow up on leads.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Host health and well-being events in centers and virtually.
• Lead tours of centers for prospective patients.
• Document interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing for event documentation.
• Occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
